Disclose torture, not hide it

Torture is wrong and illegal, and those who use it, especially as part of US intelligence efforts, should be held to account. Legislation should be enacted over-riding the court decision holding that information about waterboarding was exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act (see A Court Covers Up), and it should include an affirmative obligation to disclose all information regarding illegal actions by any person acting under the authority or color of authority of the US government, domestically or abroad.
