Vote in U.S. Senate expected near Tax Day
On Tuesday, April 17th, Walter Hofheinz, Democratic Candidate for the 32nd Congressional District, and his supporters will protest unfair tax policies outside the office of Congressman Pete Sessions by calling on Congressman Sessions to support the Buffett Rule. Officially known as The Paying a Fair Share Act, the Buffett Rule ensures that millionaires and billionaires pay at least the same percentage of their income taxes as middle class families do and will be coming to a vote in the U.S. Senate around tax day.
